Additionally, the service offers versatile tracking tools for monitoring various aspects of child care, such as feeding and sleep patterns, diaper changes, and other key developmental milestones. It also facilitates connections with healthcare professionals to support parents and guardians in managing their child’s overall health and well-being. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company.“You” refers to you, as a user of our Site or our Service.

I. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. Personal Information includes your email, name, password, and contact details, which you submit to us through the registration process at the Site. During the same registration process, we also collect detailed personal and health-related information about both the parent and the baby, including the baby’s name, birthdate, due date, gender, whether they are your first child, and specifics about the birth delivery method (e.g., vaginal, cesarean, use of epidural, vacuum, etc.). Additionally, we collect your feeding goals and the methods you employ, such as breastfeeding, pumping, and formula use. We also gather data on various health factors affecting both the parent and the baby, such as breast reduction history, medical treatments, and conditions like jaundice in the baby, along with symptoms experienced by both mother and baby. Furthermore, as you use our services, we continuously collect information related to tracking breastfeeding, formula feeds, pumping sessions, diapers, sleep, and the baby’s growth.
By using our services, you authorize us under applicable laws to manage your Sensitive Personal Information, including health-related data such as breastfeeding patterns and baby symptoms. We handle this data with the utmost confidentiality and sensitivity. It may be disclosed to and used by our trusted service providers who assist us in delivering our services, under strict confidentiality and security obligations. These disclosures are made solely for the purpose of providing and enhancing the services we offer to you.
1. Information collected via Technology
To activate the Service you do not need to submit any Personal Information other than your email address. To use the Service thereafter, you do need to submit further Personal Information which may include: your name, email, password, baby’s birthdate or due date. However, in an effort to improve the quality of the Service, we track information provided to us by your browser or by our software application when you view or use the Service, such as the website you came from (known as the “referring URL”), the type of browser you use, the device from which you connected to the Service, the time and date of access, and other information that does not personally identify you. We track this information using cookies, or small text files which include an anonymous unique identifier.
